The day at a glance
From the school gate to pick up
Every afternoon follows the same shape, so children know what comes next, and you know your child is supervised and busy with something worth doing until you finish work.
- 1.30pm to 2.15pmArrival, meal and rechargeChildren arrive as each school ends, put their bags away, wash up and have their meal. Then quiet reading or downtime, with no academic demands yet.
- 2.15pm to 3.10pmHomework coachingChildren start their homework on their own first. Coaches move around, explain difficult concepts and guide their thinking without giving the answers.
- 3.10pm to 3.20pmMovement and refresh breakWater, bathroom, stretching and a short movement reset.
- 3.20pm to 4.05pmHomework and targeted learning supportHomework continues, with short coaching where a child needs it. Difficulties that keep coming up are noted for parents. Early finishers choose reading or puzzles.
- 4.05pm to 4.15pmTransition and resetWater, bathroom, tidy workspaces and get ready for the labs. Short, and the same every day.
- 4.15pm to 5.30pmDiscovery Labs: Story Lab or Project LabAlternating by week, children explore, create, experiment, work together and solve problems. Speaking up is built in, and Friday is Presentation Day.
- 5.30pm to 5.45pmReflection and sharingChildren talk about what they discovered, a challenge they faced, what they tried and what they might do better.
- 5.45pm to 6.30pmFree play, wind down and pick upChoice based play and reading while parents arrive. Your child's homework status goes home with them, and any learning concerns are flagged to you. Latest pick up 6.30pm.

Some parents search for a tuition based 安亲班 because they want homework handled. Here it is, every day, with coaching and targeted support, without formal tuition.

What is SunnySeeds after school care?
A non tuition after school programme (安亲班) by SunnySeeds Academy for primary school children aged 6 to 12 in Aman Perdana, Klang. It opens in 2027.
What are the hours?
Monday to Friday. Children arrive from 1.30pm as school ends, the afternoon runs to 5.45pm, then free play and pick up. The latest pick up is 6.30pm.
Is this a tuition centre?
No. This is after school care, not tuition and not exam drilling. Every afternoon includes homework coaching and subject support so schoolwork is done properly, followed by Story Lab or Project Lab and time to play. Families who want extra academic help can add optional Focus Sessions, small group sessions charged separately.
What does the fee include?
For the first 30 students the launch offer is RM500 a month for the first 6 months, all inclusive: meals and snacks, homework coaching, Story Lab and Project Lab. Transport is not included.
What are Story Lab and Project Lab?
Story Lab is a speaking session and Project Lab is a team building project. They alternate week by week, and each week ends with a Friday Presentation Day.
Can my child join Story Lab or Project Lab without enrolling in after school care?
Yes. Story Lab and Project Lab are also open to other families, on weekdays alongside our after school children or on other days such as weekends, paid per session.
Which schools do the children come from?
Most attend nearby public or national primary schools. Private and international school families are welcome too, including during their own school holidays.
